Mascarpone — 2 cups | 1 lb
Heavy Whipping Cream — 2 cups | 1 lb
Sugar — 1 cup | 7-8 oz
Strawberry Juice (Pureéd Strawberry) — 3/4 cup | 7-8 oz
Strawberries, Sliced in Quarters — 4
Espresso Coffee — 3/4 cup (1/2 for the recipe, 1/4 for the chef)
Ladyfinger Cookies — 1 package
Cacao Power — 1/2 cup
Mix the mascarpone and the sugar in a bowl, add half of the strawberry sauce, when it is well mixed fold the whipped cream slowly from the bottom to the top.
Soak the lady fingers in the coffee for 30-60 seconds. Set them in the bottom of a bowl or a glass or a coffee cup. Add the mascarpone cream, repeat the operation once again, Add the strawberries sauce, the sliced strawberries and some cacao powder.
