Having heard from numerous V. Sattui Harvest Ball die-hards, we understand many of you will be here at some point during Harvest Ball weekend (even though the event has been canceled due to Covid restrictions). To celebrate our biggest fans, we have created an exclusive, experience just for you, a 5-Course Harvest Ball Wine & Food Pairing!
This experience offers guests the quintessential sensory experience with a one-of-a-kind menu that’s sure to WOW even the most seasoned Harvest Ball guest! Enjoy our top-rated Estate and single-vineyard designate wines, hand-selected to pair with a multiple course tasting menu crafted by none other than our own Michelin Star Chef, Stefano Masanti. Your gastronomic journey begins with three seasonal appetizers paired with flutes of bubbly and served upon your arrival. The rest of Stefano’s extraordinary five-course tasting menu will highlight regions of Italy, maintaining the tradition of our Harvest Ball menu. Explore authentically-inspired tasting dishes from Sicilia, Toscana, Sardegna, Rome, and Alto Adige.
Escape to pure luxury during this two-hour culinary journey while seated on our expansive Vineyard Lawn, one of the most stunning venues on property. Sitting amidst rows of Cabernet Sauvignon vines and surrounded on all sides by glorious views of the Napa Valley, you’ll be lead through each course by one of our professional Wine Guides while you indulge in both the unparalleled scenery and the enticing delights of a Michelin-quality menu designed by Napa’s only Michelin-starred winery chef.
Seatings will be socially-distanced in an outdoor setting. Due to limited capacity, please book early to secure your seats!
NOTE: This is not a formal affair. Please dress comfortably for this outdoor pairing experience (wine country casual attire).
This exclusive invite is only available to previous Harvest Ball guests and top V. Sattui members.
