Russian River Valley - Pinot Noir is a difficult grape to grow, and this native of the Burgundy region of France achieves greatness in only a handful of places worldwide. Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley is one of these places. Its Pinot-perfect climate combined with an amazing complexity of soil types result in wines that reflect their individual sites, but also share a common thread of bright focused fruit, a rich and velvety mouthfeel and a high degree of ripeness, kept in check by bright acidity.
