Complex aromas of tobacco, cherry, cassis, violets, mint and cinnamon spice greet the nose. On the palate there is a sensation of satin with the current, blueberry and dark spice flavors mingling along with subtle barrel notes.

Since 1994 V. Sattui has been producing stellar Cabernets from tiny Morisoli Vineyard, located in the very heart of Napa Valley’s Rutherford Appellation, planted in the deep rich soils on the western Napa Valley floor, just west of the small town of Rutherford.
125th Anniversary Vintage The 2010 Morisoli is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a muscular yet refined wine, dark-ruby in color, full-bodied and very concentrated at present, with aromas of crushed stone and cocoa and with a complexity of dark, black-fruit flavors, like blackberries, anise and black cherry. As big as it is, there’s plenty of balance and freshness for early drinking; and its already polished finish should reward enjoyment for the next several years.
The grapes for this wine come from Preston Vineyard located in the Rutherford Appellation, an area where some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley is grown. The region is known for its gravelly soils which produce rich and opulent red wines with fine-grained tannins and incredible complexity.
The 2007 Vittorio’s, with three percent Merlot in the blend, is dark and brooding, yet plush and supple, with aromas of cocoa and dusty earth, and concentrated raspberry, herb and sweet oak flavors. Enjoy this year and through the next decade.
