The wine has nice mineral and floral aromas, with hints of honeysuckle. It’s clean, crisp and lively, with excellent acidity, and fruity flavors ranging from roasted pineapple to juicy pear. As always, Riesling is a great partner with so many foods.

Enjoy this excellent, estate-grown bottling with smoked fish and meat, most rich poultry (especially goose, duck and pheasant), picnic dishes (from pâté and ham to chicken- or tuna-salad sandwiches) and foods which are slightly sweet (from American holiday fare to Thai, Malaysian and Nuevo Latino) where the wine’s implied sweetness pops the ingredients.
