Concinnare (con-sin-AH-ray) is a Latin term coined by the Romans to describe perfect harmony in a wine. This, our very first bottling, is a unique blend of Chardonnay (46%), Semillon (38%) and Sauvignon Blanc (15%) and is delicately fruity with citrus and herbal notes complemented by the richness of barrel-fermentation.
