The 2014 Dry Riesling is, without question, our most versatile white wine when pairing with foods. Its fruity, floral quality invites a number of food match-ups. And its pleasingly crisp and clean finish—less sweet than you might first imagine—opens the field even further. It can handle a subtly sauced fish or poultry dish—even pork, veal, pasta with cream and probably any cheese you’d want to have it with. Enjoy this year and next.
