Napa’s diversity of growing areas means it can express the range of Syrah’s many faces. This bottling is a blend of both styles—Vittorio’s Vineyard (39%), in warmer St. Helena, contributes a ripe, chocolately profile, along with sweet blueberry, loam and white pepper. Carsi Vineyard (43%) and Henry Ranch (18%), in the cooler Yountville and Carneros areas respectively, add refinement and subtlety, along with varietal pepper and spice.
