Food Pairing Notes
While chicken and fish are Chardonnay’s favorite pairing partners, try this one with a pork dish that includes sweet-tart fruit elements, like pork chops with pineapple and cherry tomatoes or pork shoulder slowly braised in olive oil with lemon and thyme.

FWIW, I just received a gift of the 2008 Los Carneros Chardonnay. Wow. Excellent aroma, taste, crispness..... I can't wait to try the 2011.
