The 2007 Vittorio’s, with three percent Merlot in the blend, is dark and brooding, yet plush and supple, with aromas of cocoa and dusty earth, and concentrated raspberry, herb and sweet oak flavors. Enjoy this year and through the next decade.

This blockbuster Rutherford Bench Cabernet has a dense core of blackberry, olive and black licorice on the palate with ample tannins, good acidity and a lingering fruit finish.

This lovely hillside Cabernet shows expressive, mountain-bred fruit flavors of crushed berry, cassis and plum punctuated by bright herbal notes and cedar.

One of our two single vineyard bottlings, the Morisoli Vineyard is on the prized Rutherford Bench, home to some of Napa Valley’s greatest Cabernet Sauvignons.

This high-elevation, 82-acre vineyard with sweeping views of the Ukiah Valley, sells to only a handful of small, respected wineries, like Navarro, Rosenblum, Sean Thackrey and V. Sattui. 

With a seductively aromatic nose of black truffle, cedar and mulberry this Morisoli Cabernet has suggestions of mint, dusty earth and leather. On the palate, there are deep, focused flavors of black cherry, wild blackberry, dark plum and chocolate. “Classic Napa Cabernet,” says Winemaker Brooks Painter. Drink now-2015.
