V. Sattui produces up to four different and distinct Chardonnays each vintage as well as estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, a dry Semillon, a Rhone-style blend of Marsanne & Viognier, and is one of the biggest producers of White Riesling in California.
This new limited bottling of cool-climate, semi-dry Anderson Valley Riesling has jasmine and pear flavors, grapefruit and green apple characteristics and crisp natural acidity.
This lighter bodied Chardonnay has aromas of honeydew and almond, with flavors of pear and apple, with just a hint of lightly toasted oak.
Our estate-bottled Sémillon, a dry white with a little Chardonnay and a touch of Muscat for added complexity and acidity, is grown at our Carsi Vineyard in Yountville. With excellent texture and a nutty, figgy character, enjoy now with light salads seafood dishes.
